Accord a minima à Syrte
Le président du Togo, Faure Gnassingbé et la plupart des dirigeants africains clôturaient vendredi un sommet de trois jours à Syrte (Libye) après être parvenus dans la nuit à un compromis a minima sur leurs institutions communes, sans aller jusqu'au "gouvernement africain" voulu par Mouammar Kadhafi.
